Sad, worried, confused ......

Today was my first appointment for U/S and B/W after 4 days on Stims. It was so nice to get there and find that the place was empty so we didn't have to wait much. 

Cristina Yang (our nurse) wasn't there either so we had a very kind nurse this time. She only found 4 follicles in one of my ovaries. The other one just has the big cyst! The nurse was kind of worried because of the cyst and suggested I wait for the doctor to see me as well. The Dr. who saw me is a partner at the practice. He said the pain I'm having is due to my endometriosis and also the cyst on my ovary. He also said I shouldn't take any other meds besides Tylenol, because other meds have aspirin and I'm already taking baby aspirin. He suggested I see my Dr. on Tuesday to see what he thinks about the cyst and if he wants to proceed with the IVF. He confused me a little bit. He said he only saw two follicles one on each ovary, but I saw my 4 follicles with the nurse. I hope that since he was just looking for the cyst maybe he was just not paying attention. I'm so worried and sad just thinking that they'll cancel this cycle because of the cyst or because I don't have enough follicles. I really hope my ovaries get to work so I have more follicles and cyst free on Tuesday. 

I don't know if it has something to do with the stims but I'm so sentimental lately (more than usual) I cry for everything! 

Last night I barked at my DH while I was In pain :( Thank God he understands is not really me talking but the hormones.
